2016 Sworks Tarmac SL5 – 52cm
This bike presents in good condition and will be well suited to someone looking for a high end road bike with its Sworks carbon frame, Roval carbon wheels and wide range of Shimano gears.
This bike will be best suited to someone between 160cm – 170cm.
The mostly Shimano Dura Ace 9000 groupset (with a long cage Ultegra R8000 rear derailleur) consists of an 11-34t cassette paired with 52/36t chainrings on a 170mm carbon crankset. Chain measures as 50% worn.
The carbon Roval CLX40 wheels are wrapped in 25mm Vittoria Zaffiro Pro tyres which are currently set up with tubes. Bearings all feel good and the wheels run true.
The carbon cockpit consists of the 120mm Enve stem paired with 42cm Sworks Aerofly handlebars wrapped in Supacaz bar tape. The rim brakes brakes are also Dura ace and appear to have about 80% left of usable life on the brake pads. There are 10mm of spacers below and 5mm above the stem.
Seat height in these photos is 670mm from the bottom bracket to the top of the Selle San Marco Aspide saddle. (If you’re measuring your inseam, add the length of the crankset to your measurement).
Notable damage: headset bearings are beginning to feel worn. Light paint chips on downtube non-drive-side.
